GROUND SOCKET SUITABLE FOR USE WITH FOLDAWAY 45 & 51 AND RETRACTAWAY POSTS.
Ground Socket
The Austral Ground Socket allows your FoldAway Rotary or RetractAway Post to be easily removed as required. The Cap fits neatly over the Ground Socket opening.
The Austral Ground Socket is suitable for use with:
- Austral FoldAway Rotaries
- Austral RetractAway Posts
The Galvanised Pin is used to set the height of the FoldAway Rotary or RetractAway Post during the installation process. Please refer to the appropriate installation instructions to determine the correct height setting.
The Pin is punched through the side of the Ground Socket at various pre-determined points to fix the nominated height and allow easy use of the clothesline.
Please Note: Austral does not recommend the use of 2 Ground Sockets for Post to Post installations
- Ground Socket dimensions:460mm x 88mm x 88mm
- Internal Socket:will suit 50x50mm square or 57mm round tube
