Flat Head is recommended to be used with:-

• Merbau
• Kwila
• Tallowood
• Yellow Stringybark
• Cypress Pine
• Treated Pine
• Timbers with Janka hardness of less than 8.6

NOTE:  It is recommended to use TRIM HEAD for timbers harder than 8.6 on Janka rating.  Use #12g screws for aged seasoned hardwood.
