HOOP IRON/BRACE TENSIONER with SCREW

The Tensioner is used to pre-tension structural bracing straps after they have been installed on bracing wall panels according to AS1684.

The screw is inserted through the central hole of a strap and then through the cupped section of the Tensioner on the other side.

Tighten to apply the pre-tension by drawing the strap against the cupped section which acts as a spring.
