Bradford Thermoseal Firespec is an extra heavy duty, single-sided reflective foil and woven e-glass fabric laminate, suitable for use where a vapour barrier and water barrier membrane is required on the external side of the building frame. Firespec is suitable for use where a non-combustible sarking-type material is specified in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC). This product is suitable as either a wall wrap or roof sarking, and may be used in BAL regions for additional protection.

• Firespec is a Class 2 vapour barrier and water control membrane, and is recommended for use in NCC climate zones 1 to 5
• Firespec can contribute a reflective R-value when the low-emissivity foil surface is positioned adjacent to an air-cavity

Applications

Bradford Thermoseal Firespec is suitable for use in non-combustible construction in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC). This product is classified as a Class 2 vapour barrier and is recommended for use in climate zones 1 to 5 where the use of a vapour barrier product will not increase the risk of condensation.
