Description

Duram Leak-Seal Tape is a unique waterproofing membrane/reinforcing fabric combination with a special 1mm (approx.) self- adhesive waterproofing compound. Used in conjunction with Duram waterproofing membranes, it provides the ultimate waterproofing solution in waterproofing and sealing joints, corners and cracks. Simple to apply, is quick, saves time, money and importantly provides the ultimate in waterproofing technique, and long-term reliability and protection.

Storage

Store in cool, dry and protected area.

Priming

• Prime surfaces with Duram Primeseal MC (or other suitable waterproofing primer as required for the Duram waterproofing membrane to be used) and allow to dry.
• To corners and joints, apply a flexible polyurethane joint sealant in the usual manner. Duram Leak-Seal Tape can be applied directly and immediately over the sealant provided that the bead of sealant is no more than 10mm wide.
