M-BED GROUT NON-SHRINK 20KG

M-Bed is an expanding non-ferrous structural grout, consisting of a dry, pre-mixed blend of Portland Cement and graded, siliceous aggregate with reactive chemical agents.

Ideal for grouting of machine bases, column bases (steel and precast concrete), anchor bolts, precast panels, underpinning, conveyor supports, crane rails and other similar grouting applications.

• Controlled expansion ensures positive contact and load transfer which is essential for structural grouting applications. 
• Contains no calcium chloride additives so there can be no rusting or straining of metal contacts or reinforcement. 
• Easy to use, requires the addition of water only. 
• Reaches in excess of 75% of final compressive strength in seven (7) days enabling early operation of plant and equipment. 
• Contains no iron which otherwise would result in staining and destruction of the grout. 
• May be pumped, hand rodded, trowelled, rammed and flowed into intricate areas or other areas where normal grouting methods do not suffice, making application more effective and convenient. 
• Low water requirements particularly in the plastic state results in high early strength and long term performance. 
• No segregation upon mixing ensures uniform results.
