A Black Polyethylene Foam with an adhesive one side used as a thermal break in steel frame homes as required in the BCA.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

• Conforms to fill in and seal between Flat and irregular surfaces.
• Powerful adhesive properties and high tack maintain positioning.
• Will still offer an R value of 0.2 when compressed to 6.5mm thick, in accordance with AS/NZS4859.
• Formulated from Chemically Cross-linked Polyethylene (IXPE) for high compression resistance.
• Good resistance to many chemicals, acids and solvents.

Applications:

• Foam Tape is suitable for use with most smooth, non-porous building materials in non-aesthetic applications protected formUV light and weather.
• Substrates should be tested for suitability prior to use and compression of the product should be evaluted prior to product selection.
• Foam Tape should always be applied to a clean, dust and grease free surfacewithin the specified operating temperatureof the tape. Firm pressure should be evenly applied during application to ensure surface adhesive.
• Note: This product is not recommended as a liquid water seal.
