Maestro BAL is a smart ventilator suitable for bushfire zones up to BAL40.

Maestro BAL is set to a powerful fixed speed for continuous, high-performance ventilation. It also includes a built-in Air iQ smart box that can automatically detect heat and humidity to protect the home when it matters most.* By ventilating with Maestro BAL you can reduce summer temperatures inside the roof and minimise condensation formation which can result in mould growth or structural decay of roof timber.

Maestro BAL is a powerful, mechanically driven ventilator that continuously and reliably improves the comfort and health of your home all year round. When correctly specified and installed, this powered roof ventilator meets the requirements of NCC2022 Volume 2 H7D4 through compliance with AS3959 up to BAL-40.

The high quality aluminium-based ventilator is preset to a continuous fixed speed and offers four additional speed settings (automatic, low, medium and high) to manage excess heat and dampness in the roof space, providing a more comfortable and healthier home while complying with ventilator requirements for bushfire areas.

How many Maestro BALs do I need?
A single Maestro BAL can be sufficient to ventilate roof spaces up to 50m of horizontal roof dimension. Ultimately, the number of ventilators you will need will depend on the size and pitch of your roof space.
